Ice Breakers:

1. Pass the Beans
Goal – Discover ways and to what extent they are unique.

Ask people to form two groups: those who always colored inside the lines and those who colored outside the lines. Form groups of five that include at least two people from the original groups. Give each person ten beans. Explain that the group members are to try to collect as many beans as they can by listing unique things they have done. After someone shares a unique activity, each member who hasn’t done that activity must give him or her one bean. Have group members takes turns listing their accomplishments until everyone has shared ten unique activities.
After everyone list ten activities ask for volunteers to report to the entire group interesting activities they have heard about. Encourage others who have also done an activity being reported to tell about their experiences.
Allow several minutes for groups to report, and then challenge small-group members to take turns
