End of Cycle - Summer Time!

Dear Group Leaders:

We are already at the end of our Spring Cycle! I hope that you have been blessed by your time together this semester. Spend some time in your group reflecting on all that God has done over the last few months.

Groups "officially" break through the summer (May 20 - Labor day). All that means is that we won't be providing a sermon based study and we won't be promoting groups on the weekends. But that doesn't mean you don't have to meet. Many of our groups continue through the summer. This is a great opportunity to pick a different study to go through that fits the life stage of your group or spend more time on social activities. If you need some ideas for studies or activities, let me know and I will try to help you out.

We have two big opportunities for your group to GROW and GO this summer. The first is our GO Work Week in June (see below for more info). The second is The Branch University in July and August. If you have recommendations for teachers or content, let me know. Be looking for more information on that soon!

GO! Work Week

Coming up this June 9-16, we’re taking an entire week to live the care of God in our community, serving the needs of our neighbors around our buildings. We’re partnering with Senior Adult Services and other local organizations to serve those in need by fixing up houses, cleaning up yards, delivering food and much more. We are working to provide jobs for everyone regardless of age, skill, or strength. We need you and your group to commit an afternoon, a day, or even the whole week to GO! June 9 may sound like it’s far off, but it’s only a couple of months away - so schedule your time off and make plans to join us in serving our community! Be looking for more details as they become available.
