CELL GROUP CHILDCARE POLICY:
In an effort to simplify childcare reimbursement, as of the beginning of 2008, we are paying $10 per hour, per meeting for childcare. We will pay a maximum of $25 per session. When putting your childcare information on your Attendance Report "Notes" section, just let Paula know how many children you had and how long your meeting lasted. If you want your check to go to someone other than yourself, please let her know that as well. We sincerely hope this supplement to your childcare payments are helpful to you.
BENEVOLENCE GUIDELINES FOR CELL LEADERS:
* In general, each cell group has $500 per year to use
for both external and internal benevolence, subject to
availability of funds.
* NEVER GIVE CASH!
* If giving over $100 worth of assistance to any one
family, please contact me at 972-247-2109 or
rknight@thebranch.org.
* Save all receipts and turn them in to Paula for
reimbursement. Please try to turn in receipts as you
accrue them. This will help us know how much money
is being spent from the Benevolence Account. You
have 30 days to turn in your receipts. Checks are
made out every Thursday.
